Tony, Happy Birthday. Thank you for all of your contributions. “The Sacred Way” challenged me about prayer, and long before that, “Postmodern Youth Ministry” challenged the ways I approached youth ministry. Have a great day.
Happy birthday greetings from Germany.
Selamat Hari Jadi (it’s in malay – literally means, “Selamat- Safe Jadi-Creation Hari-Day!”)
Happy Birthday from Malaysia!
Happy Birthday! Does that make you an Aries? I thought there was something about you I liked.
April 12th is me 🙂
Anyways, do you think part of the problem with emergent is that the critiques are coming from the empty theology of the modern evangelical movement? I look at the critiques of the American evangelical right made by John Piper and Os Guiness and wonder if it is THOSE people who have a problem with what emergent is doing (I have a thousand and one issues with emergent but, as I”ve said to you before, I have come to realize that the mainline has little to say to this movement since it really does seem to be the evangelicals trying to have a reformation).
hey my wife was just reading this over my shoulder and said she hoped your birthday sucked.
